There are various responsibilities towards the students like -
1. Being a good mentor
2. To grow a bud of knowledge in them
3. Make them friendly to raise questions
4. Become a role model for them
5. How to accept challenges
6. Makes them able to take decisions regarding their future
7. To develop soft skills
8. Makes them able to grab the opportunities
These responsibilities are very crucial through which a student can find their inner talents.
