According to previous years data, to get a seat in Computer science engineering  -
For top IIT'S, you need a rank below 2,000.
For normal IIT'S,  you need a rank below 3,700.
For top NIT'S,  you need a rank below 7,500.
For normal NIT'S,  you need a rank below 11,000.
For top IIIT'S, you need a rank below 13,000
For normal IIIT'S, you need a rank below 25,000.

I hope you are doing well.

IIT'S:-

-> To qualify for CSE in the top 5 IITs in the open category, your rank must be under 250.

-> CSE branch is available in all AVERAGE IITs for ranks under 700.

-> IIT Delhi offers CSE to students with a rank of under 100.

The BEST THING POSSIBLE IN INDIA IS GIVEN BY RANK UNDER 60: CSE Branch IN IIT BOMBAY.

To get into the worst iits, you must have at least a 2.5 to 4.5 thousand rank (but even worst iit are better than best private college and many nits, gfti).

NITS:-

-> Your rank cannot be higher than 5,000 to receive CSE in NITs.
