What Jobs can I get after doing D. Pharmacy ? What is the expected salary ? Is there any government jobs available for D. Pharmacy ?

Students are placed in Pharmaceutical Companies whether Government or Private. They are also allowed in Hospitals for Medicine Auditing. Drug Modeling is well known for higher grade students that is Master Degree. Pharmacy practice includes compounding and dispensing medications, and it also related to more modern services like patient care, including clinical services, reviewing medications for safety and efficacy, and providing drug information. They can go for R&D, F&D, Toxicology, Clinical and Preclinical trials and clinical research, Quality control and assurance, IPR, DRA, biopharmaceutics, kinetic studies, marketing, Teaching professional and also in Information technology (as medical writer etc.).. A person with pharmacy graduate can also go for Drug inspector, Government Analyst which are government jobs. So, lot of fields and vacancies are available for Pharmacy graduates.

Thera are very little opportunities for jobs in private sector. However, you can apply or appear in exams for state level and central govt pharmacists in hospitals and other departments. Having said so it opens the doors of success if one is keen to pursue a higher degree like B Pharmacy and subsequently MPharm or Pharma D.
