For attending the IBPS PO and IBPS Clerk bank exam, you only have to pass your graduation. There is no certain percentage criteria mentioned as eligibility to apply for this exam. You just need to be within the age limit of 21-30 years for IBPS PO and 20-28 years for IBPS PO. On the basis of the IBPS PO exam, you can apply for various posts in banks all around India as probationary officer and clerk.

Although, you have to explain the reason of your low percentage while graduation in the personal interview. If you handle this well, you can get a post without any hassle. Exams do not validate your capabilities.
