DELF B2. A B2 user has a degree of independence that allows him/her to construct arguments to defend his/her opinion, explain his/her views and to  negotiate. B2 level is considerate  far from fluent. It is the minimum level that most French universities expect of foreign students to study in france.

however there is various types of jobs available for the candidates who knows about foreign languages , mostly the foreign embassy hires candidates who are well known in the multi language spoken and written. also there is many mncs hire french language specialist for client handling and supporting role.
