As you know sociology is the study of how society & its people affect each other. The job of a sociologist is to study how actually the society behaves amd how people are influenced by it. This is done by doing various researches, surveys, observations. They research about people, groups, cultures, social institutions and find out how they work & apply them into real world. Sociologists study people's interaction, activities, processes, lives, stimuli.
Sociologists are specialized in various fields like - health, marriage, education, family, population, public policy, poverty, crime etc.
