Hello aspirant,
Engineering colleges like MSRIT and you need to wear formal shoes. No slippers, sandals or any kind of fancy shoes are allowed in the institute. And while practical, if you're from mechanical branch, then it's mandatory to wear shoes else they will not allow you to enter.
