There is mostly no need of any certificate courses. But you must have passed Graduation in any stream from a recognised Board with good percentage.
There are Voice and Non-Voice jobs in BPOs. So, skills depends on the job role.
Basic skills required are:
- Communication Skills
- Time Management
- Good Typing Skills
- Profeciency in English
- MS Office, etc.
Best BPOs for BA graduates are listed below.

Average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per annum to Rs. 25,000 per annum for freshers. Salary varies from year to year and also depends on experiencem
