Dear aspirant,
After completing 12 th standard you can choose any stream it can be arts, science, commerce or anything else as you are an IPS aspirant. You need to do degree from any stream. Later you should write UPSE exam. You should get updated with current affairs and read newspapers. You need to concentrate General Knowledge as well.
