You should note that IIT Bombay does not offer admission on the basis of JEE main instead it uses jee advanced rank.Here I would tell you the rank required in JEE advanced to get IIT Bombay.
For a OBC students a general rank under 9000 is must to get atleast some seat in IIT Bombay. For a computer science and engineering course you must be withing top 10 in the category.

So they dont consider jee mains marks??

Not at all JEE main is just qualifying exam to appear for JEE advanced
