With 120 marks in NEET UG you won't get any government colleges in India. The scored should be more than 500 atleast. Nevertheless, you can still try for the deemed universities but the fees for these universities are a lot. Few take less but their cut offs are high and the rest take high amount. Nearly 25-35 Lakhs per annum.
