Its impossible to get admission even in a private college with this score

I would suggest if you are really keen in pursuing a career in medical science then prepare again for the entrance exam.stay focused and deteemined.

Appear again for the exam and i am sure you will definitely score kuch better than what you have score right now.

With 120 marks in NEET UG you won't get any government colleges in India. The scored should be more than 500 atleast. Nevertheless, you can still try for the deemed universities but the fees for these universities are a lot. Few take less but their cut offs are high and the rest take high amount. Nearly 25-35 Lakhs per annum.

Since you have just passing marks in neet nothing could be said with complete surety as which college you would get a seat in. The competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to secure a seat in some medical college. However you can apply for private or deemed colleges
