What marks are required to sign the uttrakhand mbbs bond and can a student who dosent have state domicile also sign the bond..?

Hi,
Well signing the bond will depend on the college in which the student is taking admission. If that respective college requires you to sign a bond for admission then you will have to no matter what but if it does not then you do not have to. Same goes for government colleges but there the state government decides.
