Hey Aparna,
Birla institute of technology and science is ranked as Top most private institution in India.
It is ranked at No. 17 private engineering institution by NIRF MHRD Government of India 2018 because it has well equipped labs,infrastructure, faculty,facilities,administration, research and development too!
Better score more than 300 to get seat!

You have to score marks around 350 in BITSAT to get mechanical branch in BITS PILANI and 380-390 marks in BITSAT to get computer science branch in BITS PILANI.So you can start solving previous years questions and try to score as maximum marks as possible.

The cutoff for BiTS pilani varies aon basis of BITSAT marks every year depending on number of candidates appeared, difficult level of paper, etc.
The marks required for Pilani campus as per trends shared below:-
1. Mechanical - 334/450
2. Computer Science- 382/450
The cutoff is tentatively given and may vary every year on difficulty levels.
To get good marks focus more on mock exams and topics like Logical reason and english proficiency.
Seat allotment will start from July 2018.
