What marks should I get for qualifing to aiims in neet 2021

As you haven't mentioned about which aiims you are talking about and which category you belong to so i won't be able to give you accurate information.
Now as far as i have researched the cutoff for AIIMS in neet maybe as follows as per previous year records:-
General-662 to 667
Obc-652 to 655
Sc-605 to 610
St-580 to 585
