Dear Ashmita, it is 50% of the top NEET score. For General categoy candidates, to qualify in NEET, they should atleast score 50% of the top NEET score. For example if the Top NEET ranker scored 600, General Category student should atleast score 300 to qualify in NEET. However not every qualified candidate can get a Medical seat. Cut off changes every year and is dependant on factors like top NEET score, no.of candidates appearing in NEET, no.of seats available and difficulty of the exam.

Its 50% percentile..that is if the top score is 600 then 50/100 X 600 = 130 is 50% percentile...
