I. Got 128 marks myself level 1 I can qualify for ntse level 2 or not

Cutoffs for recently concluded NTSE are Not yet announced Most probably for any state, You need to wait till the Cutoffs are released, But You can see Previous Year cutoff To Find the expected cutoffs.

Cutoffs are different for different states, Because NTSE stage 1 was a state level exam, Once you qualify you can appear for NTSE stage 2 exam which will be a National level exam.
