Admission .Will depend upon the rank .
For admission in IIT BOMBAY you have to secure rank under 1000 for core branch ( may vary depending upon different category and branch)
You can get admission in 2000 rank also.
But for branch you have to secure good rank.
And marks will vary according to the difficulty level of exam.
As the exam is difficult your rank will be good at low score
But if exam is easy comparative your rank will not be good at low score.

First u should have to qualify for jee advanced.
Later u should get rank below 2000 if u want iit bombay with respect to branch.hope u perform well.and all the best for ur exam.
Remember one thing that dont go to negative marking

Well it is completely depends on these factors like-
Your marks or rank
Category (Ex - general,obc,sc or st)
3. If you are physically handicapped.
4.Branch you want to choose.
Now come to the point every branch having their opening and closing rank. Like-(*the given data is approximate)
1-CSE-Rank should be under 300 to 400 ( for general)
2-Mechanical - Under 700 to 1000(for general)
Etc. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Now come to the question minimum rank required to get admission in IIT BOMBAY will be (*approx) under 200 .
If you get rank under 200 then admission will be secured.

We cannot decide the admission by marks because jee advance max marks will chance every year according to the pattern.so,with the help of previous year's cutoff rank we may estimate the seat.
