What must be the minimum mark to get merit seat in a reputed college?
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
The cutoff changes every year and so the safe marks range can't be predicted. However, your score should be minimum 550+ if you want admission in a government college. Keep your preparation high and study accordingly. Keep high target so that atleast you can score near to it or even more which will benefit you in getting admission in your desired college. Hope you're getting my point.!
Prepare well and study smart.!
Hope this helps.!
Good Luck.!
Hii
As such this can not be predicted with exact numbers but according to previous year cutoffs, we can say that if you belong to the general category, then you must keep a target of scoring around 560-600 marks so that you get yourself a seat in the top reputed government medical colleges.
If you belong to OBC category, then also the cutoffs will be somewhat similar to General. So i would suggest 560-600 marks is a safe score.
For SC ans ST category, Scoring around 450-500 and above will be a safer score.
You can check the previous year cutoffs to get more idea about the same
