Hi Lignesh,
Telecommunication engineering is a pioneering stream in India as with the booming technical advancements in the country, the demand for Communication Engineers has also increased. So, this particular B.Tech Electronics and Communications stream has a wide scope.
To come to the degree type, B.Tech ECE, as mentioned above, is what will be most helpful and since it’s a basic combinationns, almost l engineering colleges in the country including IITs, NITs amd other reputed universities in India, offer the subject. Alternatively, you can also pursue a B.Tech in Telecom Informatics.
You can later, as for your further studies, even pursue a Masters degree (MS) in the same. Like Master of Engineering in Microelectronics Manufacturing Engineering, Masters of Engineering (Electronic Systems), Masters in Electronics Science and Technology, Master in Advance Electronics in Intelligence Systems, Master in Electrical, Electronic, Communication and Control Technology, to name a few.
I hope this information is useful, feel free to continue this thread for any other information/query that you have.
