Congratulations on securing a rank 5.9k in PESSAT , let me tell you that computer science core branch would be difficult to get in the pes university because the cut off generally stays under 6k so it's a tough prediction whether you will get or not .

You have more chances to get in the electronics and communication engineering , electrical and electronics engineering. Other core branches like mechanical , electrical, civil is quite achievable for you.

Some conditions needs to be considered while deciding the cut offs like choices filled by the candidates , number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
