What percentage in merit is required for admission in nirma university ,2019
Hello Faiz. To be eligible for admission in Nirma University, Ahmedabad you need to pass class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 45% for general candidates and 40% for sc/st candidates. You also need to appear for JEE Mains or GUJCET to be eligible for admission in B.Tech courses in Nirma University. 50% seats are reserved for students who clear cutoff of GUJCET, 35% seats are for All India Quota through JEE Mains and the rest 15% are for NRIs.
As per previous years cutoffs the closing rank of some of the branches for JEE Mains were-
- CSE- 23293
- Mechanical- 38980
- Electronics and communication- 54955
