Minimum 80percentile is must although cutoffs range every year as per rankings, on safer side you can expect to score 85+ for sureshot Admission at Nitie.

are you sure because Nitie mumbai is a reputed college so this low percentile seem incorrect

Impossible. Nitie mumbai is on par with IIM Indore and Kozhikode so percentile as low as this wont get a call.
