If you want to get under AIR 15000 OBC NCL rank in JEE Mains, then you are required to get more than 85 marks and more than 93.82 - 94.02 percentile  in JEE Main Examination.

See, I am saying this on the basis of previous year data that can vary this year.

Actually it is quite difficult to tell about actual marks in which you can get 15000 rank. Because the cutoff trend and the number of students changes every year. But in general you should have minimum 170 marks to get this rank. Which means about 99.27 to 99.43 percentile. You should check this once you have a clear idea
