Hello there,

The process for joining BA (Bachelor of Arts) or BCom (Bachelor of Commerce) typically involves the following steps:

  1. Eligibility :

    • For BA : You must have completed your 12th grade (Higher Secondary) in any stream (Arts, Commerce, or Science).

    • For BCom : You should have completed your 12th grade with Commerce or any equivalent stream with mathematics.

  2. Selection Process :

    • Some colleges or universities conduct entrance exams for admission to BA or BCom courses. For instance, some prestigious universities or colleges may require an entrance exam score, while others may offer admission based on your 12th-grade marks .

    • Merit-based admission is also common, where colleges offer seats based on the percentage obtained in 12th grade.

  3. Application Process :

    • Online/Offline Registration : Most universities and colleges have an online admission process. You need to visit the official website of the institution you want to join, fill out the application form, and upload required documents like your 12th-grade marksheet, ID proof, etc.

    • Document Verification : After applying, you might need to verify your documents and submit any additional documents as required by the institution.

  4. Counseling/Interview (if applicable):

    • Some institutions may require a counseling process or interview after the application and entrance exam results are declared. Ensure you follow the institution's notification for the next steps.

  5. Admission Confirmation :

    • Once your documents are verified and you've cleared any necessary exams or counseling rounds, you’ll receive the admission confirmation.

    • Fee Payment : After confirmation, you’ll need to pay the course fee to secure your seat in the course.

After completing these steps, you’ll officially begin your BA or BCom course.

The process for joining a BA or BCom degree involves choosing a college, checking eligibility, taking entrance exams (if required), applying online or offline, going through the selection process (merit or entrance-based), verifying documents, paying fees, and starting classes.  Always check the specific institution's website for the most accurate details.

Hi,

Admission to the Bachelor of Education or Bachelor of commerce is based on either entrance Test or direct admission on merit basis. Many best government colleges conduct entrance Test to offer admission to its college. Some of the entrance Test includes CUET, IPU CET. The entrance Test is either of University level or of State level.

To get admission in BA or B.com you must meet the eligibility requirements of the courses.

For B.Com - Candidate must have passed 10+2 in commerce with minimum of 50% marks from any recognized board.
