    What property that made WBC fight against pathogens?Why not RBC

    Hello Anil

    WBCs are made in the bone marrow and thus are the part of the immune system. Their function is to fight against any unwanted organism or foreign particle- virus - bacteria- such pathogens and thus protect our body from any kind of infection by making antibodies against such particles. Whereas for RBCs, their main function is to carry oxygen n remove carbon dioxide, having life span of about 90-120 days.
