Hi

Yes, IISC accepts NEET for 4 year bsc research.

Coming to qualification code,

You need to choose  the code 2 .

This is because,

You have passed 12th from west Bengal board i. e West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education

And

code 2 is for all those  who have passed  their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English.

Here's a short brief of Neet codes :-

--------) Code 1 :- code 1 is for those who are going to appear for class 12th board 2021 examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but  results are awaited  i. e have not been declared

--------) Code 2 :- code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology /biotechnology and English

--------) Code 3 :- code 3 says it is for those passed their intermediate / pre- degree examination  with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English ,your physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology should also contain practical exam.

--------) Code 4 :- pre - medical degree with Physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology after passing hsc i. e 10+2 or puc or equivalent.

--------) Code 5 :- code 5 is for all those who have passed 1 st year graduation with all the three of Physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology

--------) Code 6 :- code 6 is for all those students who have passed BSc with at least any two of following subjects :-

>>>>Physics,

>>>>chemistry ,

>>>>biology/biotechnology

--------) Code 7 :- code 7 is for those who have passed their examination from foreign board which is equivalent of Indian 10+2 board.

Souvik Mahato You need to choose code 2 because:-

code 1 is for those who are going to appear in 12th board 2021 examination with physics, chemistry, biology and English or have have already appeared but results are awaited i. e have not been declared.

But you have already appeared for 12th board 2021 , and your results are also out and you have  passed it. So, you cannot choose code 1.

Souvik Mahato Do you have Maths in your 12th?

Though , IISC accepts neet for BSC research but to be eligible you must have studied Maths in 10+2.
To be eligible one must pass 12th with 60% with physics, chemistry and Maths.
You can check the same at its official website at:-
https://www.iisc.ac.in/ug/info_brochure.html

Coming to courese in bsc research, then following disciplines are available for specialisation in your bsc research
Biology
Chemistry

Mathematics
Physics

You can choose anyone out of the above discipline in the 4th semester of your bsc research.
