Now most Countries are opting for local skilled workers before they opt for International skilled workers. For a Company to hire you with a certain talent, it should have searched within a certain geographical location and shouldn't have found anyone with that skill set and only then can they look for international opportunities. It depends on the Company and the project that you have been hired for.
