CAT or common admission test, is accepted in numerous colleges in India for admission to PGDM or MBA. To prepare for MBA, you need to have excellent speaking skills, managerial skills, a good hold of extra curricular activities and also, academics.

For cracking CAT, you need to practice Logical reasoning,  verbal and nonverbal ability, general english, quantitative aptitude. There are many books available for the same. Such as Arun Sharma, RS agarwal etc. They have it all covered in their books. You can also join coachings which are both online as well as offline.
