The MBA program isn't a cakewalk, it develops you from a student to manager. Every company looks for the following qualities in a fresher MBA graduate student:
- Should be a quick learner & able to adapt to changes easily.
- Communication skills should be great with fluency as they have to deal with the juniors and key managerial personnels.
- Posssess problem solving skills & decision making
- Team player
- Multi tasking
- Commitment & positive attitude.
- Technical skills
These were few main skills that a mba graduate require.
