my category is OBC and i have my MBBS from Ukraine so i may not consider for state quota however i m from Gujarat nd compliting my internship from Gujarat

If you have completed at least 7 years of education in Gujarat (schooling) then you can still apply for state quota in Gujarat. In this case you have a chance at getting a general surgery seat.
