I request you to tell me about what exam and admission in what college are you talking about. All colleges have different categories.

If you are qualified but not upto the cutoff of the specific college you can opt for institute quota( you need to fill a seperate form and requires fees).There are chances you can get admission through institute quota.

If you think you cannot get the admission in the college you want you can try management quota. But this costs you upto 3-4 lakhs other than normal fees.There are many institutes even now which take donation.

If you have got the college which you want upon your marks you can simply visit the college for further process.

I would suggest to tell me the Exam which you gave and the college you are looking for so I could guide in a better way. Also if you say you are qualified then are you qualified referring to the overall cutoff of that exam or a specific college?
