Hello,
Following documents will be required during UPSEE counselling-
- UPSEE 2020 rank card
- UPSEE 2020 admit card
- 10th and 12th standard certificate and marksheet
- Domicile certificate
- Parent’s domicile certificate (if the candidate has passed qualifying exam outside Uttar Pradesh)
- Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)
- Character certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- Sub category certificate for freedom fighters/armed forces/physically handicapped (as applicable)
- Certificate of medical fitness/undertaking of medical fitness
- Income certificate for economically weak candidates
- GDDA category certificate (if applicable)

The documents required for counselling of UPTU are:
Class 10th :Mark Sheet and certificate
Class 12th :Mark Sheet and Certificate
Category Certificate if required
UPSEE 2020 Admit Card and rank card
Domicile Certificate
Domicile Certificate of Parents (If pass the qualifying exam outside of UP)
Character Certificate
Medical Certificate
