What r the impact of work experience during cat exam of percentile making selection

Having a prior work experience is not an eligibility criteria for getting admission in IIMs or other B School.



You can get admission as a fresher in any of these B Schools. You have to clear the interview process after your CAT Exam if you are shortlisted for the process based on your CAT score.



Having a prior Workex is an advantage during your shortlisting and final selection process.

@rahul You can prefer operations and supply chain management as per your expirience. It will be very relevant to what you have done in the past.

However you should also explore other specialisations and see if any other branch is of interest to you.
