Rank is determined based on various factors such as total number of candidates appeared, highest score, normalisation of marks, tie breakers etc. Rank doesn't merely depends on total number of candidates appeared. Since the figures of the factors that determine the rank changes every year the marks vs rank trend changes with it. So it is quite difficult to predict the exact rank. However, the expected rank with given score will be in between 15000-25000. The actual rank may vary. With such rank you may not get seat in government institutions but you may get seat in private colleges.
