Hi,
I would like to tell you since AIIMS are the top medical government colleges in India with a limited number of seats, hence it is much harder to get admissions into AIIMS. For getting admissions into AIIMS, your AIR should range in between 1-600 approx. since around 1150 seats are there in total for MBBS in which 584 are reserved for general quota and the rest for other categories.
