In general , for an OBC candidate to get a government seat the marks needed would be around not less than 575-580. It is safe to aim for 600. However, the cutoff required will vary every year based on the number of people who qualify the exam, number of seats available in colleges and difficulty level of the paper. I see that , you are from Delhi, if you have done you schooling in you Delhi, then you will be eligible for the 85% state quota. where you would need a mark between 570-615 or more.
