The opening and closing rank for admission in Delhi Technological University for the course of Btech in software Engineering, in the previous year for the General category candidates under the Delhi region were- 6699, 13394. For the general category candidates under the Outside Delhi region were- 3421, 5481. Hence you would require a rank around this range for a fair chance of admission here.

You need to get 6900 Rank to get selected in first round and the last round cut off was 11000 apprx for general category students. The rank cut off changes from year to year, so it's better to concentrate to get max marks
