Admission to Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology is done on the basis of ranks in the JEE Advanced exam. The cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. I can provide you the previous year cutoff for reference and to have an idea about the rank required

For B.Tech Aerospace Engineering, the closing cutoff percentage was 34.17% for General Category and for B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering, the closing cutoff percentage was 33.05%.
