Cardiology is a superspeciality subject.

First let me tell you the process of becoming a cardiologist.First do your Mbbs by giving NEET UG, followed by NEET PG do MD medicine or MD  general surgery .After completing post graduation give NEET SS (entrance test for super specialization) then you can pursue cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery.

After pursuing that you can call yourself a cardiologist.
