Dear Aspirant,
You can not get a free seat in any btech college no matter how high your rank is. There are however, some scholarships for the students who are from the economically weaker backgrounds. Also there are many scholarships in different colleges for the topper students, topper in the batch, or some scholarship exams, etc,
