what score I jee main that I qualify to give jee advanced
- OBC-NCL-27% of seats
- SC - 15% of seats
- ST - 7.5% of seats
- 50.5% of seats is OPEN for all.
This simply shows that you have to be among 1,10,000 students if you are GEN candidate to qualify for JEE Advanced.
Assuming the score at the present scenario is not good as there may be chances of increase in number of candidates appearing in the exam. Also the selection of candidates depends on the cut off scores.
All the best
Hope this helps
Hello Aspirant,
It depends on the category you belong to.And the qualification mark varies every year. For General caterogy its 90-120 marks, for OBC 80-90 marks for SC/ST it is 35-40 marks. But these marks changes everywhere, to be on safe side you need to score very well to increase the chance of securing a seat in top IITs/NITs/IIITs and in branch of your choice. So you need to score above qualifying marks.Work hard and give your best.I hope this is helpful to you.
