You haven't mentioned about AIQ or State quota. So I'll be first telling you cut off ranks of neet 2020 for BDS seats in government college through AIQ counseling. These are given below

Gen- 25789

Obc -25993

Sc- 111793

St - 131973

So if you see for obc category student aiq cut off marks will be approximately 580+ for last year i.e, neet 2020. It's tend to change depending on various factors like no of candidates, difficulty level,seat availability etc.

State quota bds cut off for your category may go 20-30 marks lower than AIQ quota. Different states have different quota. So you can check for previous year cut off for BDS in your state. You will have to score 550+ for State quota bds for being in safe place.
