This year cutoff score for All India Quota is 563 and rank is probably 8357 next year though there may be increase in the no. Of seats I expect a marginal rise in the cutoff a score of 570 would be enough.

It mostly depends on which state you come from as the no. of medical seats to no. aspiring students is a strong determinant.For example Rajasthan's cut off was very high in 2017 for a Govt. MBBS seat but same is not the case with states like say Assam etc. However a score of 560+ should be able to get you a seat in a Govt. Medical college this year. I suggest you check your state cut off for 2017.
