Candidate should be among the top 2,50,000 (including all categories) JEE (Main) 2021 to eligible for the JEE Advanced 2021.
The 2.5 lakh slots are distributed with all the categories and the details regarding the same is available below link,
Category wise cutoff marks for the top 20 percentile are calculated based on the marks scored by the candidates who pass in their respective boards in the particular year.
In terms of percentile the expected cutoff for 2021 is

- Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 70- 75

I am considering you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict jee mains 2021 cut off to be eligible for JEE advanced, as cut off percentile for jee mains keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc.
But yes,
on analysing previous year cutoff of JEE Mains, JEE mains 2021 expected qualifying CUT OFF percentile is given below for different categories:

From above we can see that, in 2020, a general category student required a minimum of 90.3765335 percentile to qualifying JEE mains 2020 to be eligible for JEE advanced examination
