Since right now you are in class 8th , you don't need to worry much about the neet exam, since you have more than4 years, however you should stay focused and can join institutions, most of the institutes start neet/ jee preparation from class 8th only. That way you will already be ahead and will have more time to practice. You should also pay more attention to science and try to read books of class 9th.
