It’s tough to name the better one among these mentioned colleges but as per the different perspectives your priority would be:
ABES EC
AKGEC
G.L. BAJAJ
PSIT Kanpur
You can also prioritize AKGEC over ABES EC because it’s also one of the top choices among the students.
Rest is perfectly fine.
