Everyone prepares a time table, but only few of them sincerely follow it. A properly devised timetable helps you streamline your preparation and utilize the time productively.
You should study with full concentration, no disturbance and continuously for 3 hours session. The idea is to simulate real exam conditions.
Study with 100% concentration as if you are siiting in exam hall.
You should study on a desk avoid studying while laying down.
Don't socialize too much. Spend not more than 1 hour on social media.
Take sound sleep everyday i.e, 6-7 hours sleep.
Spend adequate amount of time on every subject.
Set a daily target of solving some questions and try to achieve it everyday. It will improve speed and accuracy. After that analyse the questions.
Give proper time to topics in which you are weak.
Do not ignore any subject. Pay equal attention to each subject.
Divide your day in different slots for different activities.
Prepare short notes daily and revise them regularly.
In the break time , listen some music, go for a walk or play some sport , whatever you like.
Only you can make a timetable for youself. others can advise on how to make it. Now prepare time table accordingly.

It totally depends on you, don't try to copy others time table as it may be possible that you are not comfortable in that time period. But for reference let me give you my own Jee time table.
Assuming you are doing Schooling in your 11th and 12th.
After your school you might have coaching of different subjects, so after coaching try to go through all the taught parts and try to solve all the problems related to your classes. Don't left your today's work incomplete as they might pile-up and become unachievable.
This is max you can do while schooling.
