Moreover examination is conducted in three phases and after each phase you are provided only the percentile and not the rank. Based on the percentile you get you would have to participate in the counselling and you would be allotted a seat based upon Merit and preferences. Also I would like to tell you that the pattern has changed for this year so no one can guess the marks that would be required for getting a particular rank. Final rank list would be prepared after the conclusion of all the phases and best of three performance would be taken in consideration for a candidate to given a rank. But as of my experience and friends I have observed I guess anything above 260 marks would be sufficient to get you a rank under 10000.
