Hello,
Academy of Technology take admissions in B. Tech through WEBJEE and JEE Mains both so yes you can take the counselling of both the exams and can see from which you can get Electrical Engineering as it depends upon your rank in the subjective paper so if you qualified both you can try to get admission into the college through the exam in which you got best rank.
