Cutoffs basically changes each and every year as it depends upon various factors like Difficulty level of the paper, no. Of students appearing in the entrance exam, performance of the students in the entrance exam, etc.
But in general if you consider the kcet trend of previous few years then to get CSE you need a rank under 9k.
